How to Avoid This “Ouch!” Face

Before you workout and after, check for tight muscles. If your muscles are particularly tight it can cause strain on another muscle or ligament. Remember everything is connected. To relieve the strain you can foam roll or stretch that particular muscle out AFTER a really nice warm up. Be sure to stretch really well after your workout. Everything is a suggestion for a reason. Don’t cheat yourself or your hard work.
