My name is Tiffany Anderson. I have two children with my husband Tommy. We have been married for almost 9 years. I discovered I had PCOS a few years ago and decided to make a change. After many diet plans and failed attempts I grew tired and cranky. When we went out with friends I did not order what I wanted. Cheat meals turned into weekend splurges. Everything seemed out of reach..and I LOVE food! The trick that helped me change was eating the dishes I love with key healthful twists. While I always enjoyed being active, I discovered new fun ways to be fit. Changing my mindset to understand what living actually was changed my perspective. Overindulging on food that wasn’t worth the way I felt afterward, became the most obvious reason for change. On the flip side, eliminating food groups, counting points and calories, guilted by group forums playing tough, and missing out on comfort food favorites was not living well. All of this led me to obtain a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. As a recently grad from Miami University I understand busy schedules and deadlines. Now I want to help others learn the secret to a life of eating like a snob, being fit, and savoring every moment.
